After 16 years and over 800 births attended, my heart and soul embody our Arkansas birth community. I have a strong commitment to improving maternal and infant health in Arkansas and beyond. I am driven by the important calling of saving lives not only through hands-on support but also through education. Black women and families are disproportionately and deeply affected by the lack of access to culturally competent care. I’m here to educate on the many ways we can improve care for families in our Arkansas community, therefore working towards improving outcomes for generations to come.

I’m all about a warm “call in” with REAL talk in a down-to-earth way. I like to have a ton of fun but also make sure we touch on the real reality many in this country face so we can have meaningful conversations that can help plant the seeds of positive change. I’m here on purpose, through that purpose I share the wisdom gathered about birth, legacy, community, and how it all fits together.
