This childbirth class series is unbiased, down-to-earth, and evidenced-based, taught by Nicolle Fletcher & Sarita Hendrix who are experts in the field of nutrition, pregnancy, childbirth, lactation and newborn care.

I have added an additional class to my childbirth series and a new instruction partner!

Please welcome Sarita Hendrix of Unity Birth and Lactation Services to the childbirth education series instruction rotation. Sarita, will be teaching a full class on lactation and newborn care during this now, 4 week childbirth class series!

Nicolle has attended over 850 births as a birth professional and has 3 children of her own! She knows her stuff!!

Absolutely! My class is designed to cater to both first-time parents and those who have given birth before. I provide comprehensive information and hands-on practice to ensure you feel confident and prepared for your birthing experience.

No prior knowledge is necessary. My class is beginner-friendly and will guide you through everything you need to know. I welcome all expectant parents, regardless of your background or previous experience with childbirth.

Can my birth partner attend the class with me?

Yes! I strongly encourage birth partners to attend the class. They play a crucial role in supporting you during labor, and this class will equip them with the tools and knowledge they need to be effective and confident in their role.

What if I plan to have a hospital birth—will this class still be helpful?

Yes, the techniques and information you’ll learn in my class are valuable for any birth setting. Many of my attendees use the skills they’ve learned even in hospital births to advocate for a more natural and empowered birthing experience.
